Flawless
I found the car I wanted thru E-Bay. It is a 2003 honda accord. The down side was that the car was in Alabama and I am in Ohio and I wondered how in the heck I was going to get it home. Besides taking time off from work, which I couldn’t afford, there would be hotel stays, plus food, etc. It wasn’t going to be cheap getting it to Ohio.
My wife and I thought of U-Haul and other forms of auto transportation and then I went on-line looking for auto carriers and got estimates for auto transport from state to state. I couldn’t believe the price came in at $400 because alot of the other carriers were so much higher. I called the 800 number and got an actual person (which in itself is an amazing fact). I found out that there was no hidden fees and they told me what the total amount was, which was exactly what the internet quoted me! There was a deposit that I had to pay at that time with the remainder being paid on delivery. You talk about excellent service. Besides getting someone right away on the phone, your company worked with me when I had to change the date of pick-up.
The girls transporting the vehicle were wonderful, trustworthy auto transport professionals. They contacted me when they picked the vehicle up and when they were an hour or so away from my home. I knew their destination all the way because of the tracking number. My car arrived in the same condition as to what I knew it was supposed to be. Even after I got my vehicle, your company called to make sure that everything was fine and that the vehicle arrived in good condtion. You have a great company that you should be proud of. I have never had a car transported before and needed to pick up a car from Texas. After checking airfares and picking dates to take time off from work, I became frustrated with the restrictions, money and time being spent to get to the vehicle. It was suggested by a cousin of mine to have the car shipped. I checked online and received several quotes and some good and bad advise from different auto transport carriers.
Some are very dilligent in trying to get your business but I went with Crowley Auto Transport because there was no pressure to use them, no “scare tactics”, and the price made Crowley even more appealing. They were actually lower than all the rest. I was amazed at how smoothly the process went and would surely recommend and use Crowley Auto Transport if ever the need arises.

The auto transport call center was excellent. Elizabeth knew what was required and worked to meet my goals. Chris, the driver, was on time and friendly. And he kept me updated as to the progress of the move. If I need to move a vehicle again I’ll specifically ask for Chris.

Check this auto transport company out! They were awesome!
This company is awesome! They gave me a cheapest quote from Dallas TX to Corona CA. They quoted me instantly for my 2005 Infiniti Q45 and then called the same day to tell me a driver could pick up the next day. Talk about quick service! They assured me my vehicle would be fully insured and that there were no hidden fees (which there wasn’t). I paid a $100 deposit using my debit card and $300 in cash when they delivered my car.
I was able to save about $200 by going with this auto transport company and I didn’t have to comprise on the service. The driver called in plenty of time to let me know when he would get here, which was great because I was at work and had to schedule some time to meet him. The car arrived when they said it would, and with no damages. They are a truly a great company and i would reccomend them to anyone.
Auto Transport from VA to TX
From the day I contacted Crowley Auto Transport on the phone, things were smooth sailing. He was very courteous and knowledgable on the phone. The website I was sent to was very straightforward. The one time I did have a question, I called Madison and she picked up the phone right away. Once I placed my order, my Durango was picked up within a few days on time. My Durango arrived in Texas well before the 6-7 days I was quoted. I paid a total of $650, and would definitely use them again.
Crowley Auto Transport was very professional and prompt in shipping my vehicle. I called and spoke to the customer service representative whom assisted me with paying my deposit and answered all of my questions and concerns. Shortlly after I got a call informing me of p/u and what I should expect next. Additionally, Crowley Auto Transport kept me informed with several emails. On Friday, June 3, an auto transport truck came to my home in Virginia and took my vehicle for delivery and told me I could expect delivery in 7-8 days.

Excellent customer service! I worked with Samantha at Crowley Auto Transport to move my vehicle from Miami, FL to Sacramento, CA. I had never transported a vehicle before and was very cautious. I finally settled on Crowley and couldn’t have made a better choice. My car was picked up within 48 hours and delivered in 7 days as promised. Melanie kept in contact with the driver during the duration of the transport and provided me with current updates periodically.
Anytime I needed to contact Crowley Auto Transport they were easily reached. Crowley made my move to California a comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend Crowley to anyone needing a safe and reliable auto transport company.

They were not only the cheapest but the most efficient. I called the last minute to change my destination from Mountian View California to San Jose California which is 30 minutes different and they changed it without any charge and was on time. We chose Crowley Auto Transport because of their good reviews on top of being reasonably priced. Their professional staff located a driver to pick-up the car within a few hours of the booking. I never thought it would be this easy
I had to transport my sons car from college to home. My son was more happier than I was for he got to drive it because it came in two days earlier. I initially chose them because their website was the best compared to the other companies websites I looked at.

I had set up this move with another shipper..They did not pick up the car..I called them several times and the said that there truck must of gotten a better rate from someone else…Then I called Crowley…They were on it…I talked with them on Wednesday… They picked up my car on Thursday… and delevered it on Saturday in Illinois… I had to have it there on Sat. as I had promised my customer…I am a car dealer…They also followed up with me to see if I was happy with their service…. Very Satisfied
I hired Crowley Transport to pick up a used Honda Civic I purchased from a dealer in New Jersey and bring it to me in Kentucky. Unfortunately, Crowley was unable to find a driver who would do the job for the price they quoted so I ended up using another transport company. However, management of the company was very concerned about this and literally did everything possible to make me happy. I would not hesitate to use Crowley Transport if I have another auto transport need in the future.
Transport from Maryland to Illinois
I would recommend Crowley Transport without hesitation. I was in a rut because the previous company I was dealing with did not pull through on their duty, and so I called Crowley Transport, which 1) worked magic and had my car scheduled for pick up within a day or two, and 2) called after the transport to see if everything had gone well and if there were any problems. That’s customer service.
My car was slated to arrive even earlier than scheduled, but since I wasn’t going to be there until the weekend, the driver was nice enough to work with me to reschedule the drop off of the car. No damages from the transport, just a little dirt that piled up on the way.

Was contacted by several brokers with quotes after posting I was looking.
Crowley’s was honest, upfront, and what I liked most of all was they didn’t feel the need to “bad-mouth” other brokers in an attempt to get my business.
It also didn’t hurt that Sean knew the car and was a fan of it.
The car was picked up by Cross Country Haulers, and delivered in perfect condition to my door and as a result I’ll be recommending Sean and Cross Country to all my local dealers and friends into collector cars and motorcycles.
And to those other brokers, and you know who you are, who had to bad-mouth and question another competitor saying he was doing it “too cheap”, guess who got the money.

what happened in Vegas…
is that daughter’s car was delivered to new residence on the date the car was promised. The driver who I met in ATL was very personable (Marlon of G and W transport) and showed sincere concern for a two day delay in the pickup that was caused by a maintenance issue in Mississippi. Because of the delay (which was ok) Marlon contacted me in route on more than one occasion to make sure delivery could be accomplished as soon as possible. Received several bids from different companies, but liked Sean’s straightforward approach and explanation of the brokering process. Had not transported a car previously, but I know who I will be calling if/when the occasion arises in the future.
Transportation of personal vehicle
Crowley was a wonderful company to deal with in transporting my personal vehicle from Illinois to New York. Excellent Service
Sean from Crowley Transport company went out of his way to help us get our sons car to him at college in Georgia. He told me that they would try to have the car to our son in 5 to 7 days and it only took 2 days for him to get the car!!! We had gone with a prior company before and had very bad service and were leary about trying this again but after this experience with Crowley we have and would reccomend Crowely Transport to all of our Family and Friends.
1972 Mustang Convertible
Arlen Called and told me he had a truck in the area and could pick up the next day. I told him go, go go. W.L. Transport picked it up the next day as planed. This was the first time I ever shipping a car and they both make me feel at ease. I bugged the crap out of the driver and he kept me informed the hole way.I thought I was going to get it even quicker than planned but rain hit and the driver call me and told he had to slow down and it would be waiting on me the next morning. So an 6:00 am the next morning I was knocking on his truck door to get my car. Very Happy with the own thing. It was very nerve racking waiting. Thanks again folks see ya next time I need something shipped.

Arlen (Crowley Auto transport) was very professional, honest, and helpful. The whole process was smooth. My car was first available to be picked up on Sept 17. The driver was available on Sept 19.
Gene (Expert Express, the carrier) was also very professional, and readily available. My car was actually picked up on Sept 20 (1 day after initial date), but I was kept up to date by Gene. The delivery was on time.
The whole process was smooth, I am very satisfied.
I was amazed
I was a bit nervous about shipping our Saab 9-5 across country but Scott explain how the system worked and assured me that it would be delivered on time. Scott went above and beyond….the rate was over $200 less than many other quotes and would you believe that it arrive in CA 2 days later? I don’t think this is the norm but I was sure impressed.
I have shipped cars across country 4 times now and I would never use another service. Get a quote from these guys. You won’t be disappointed. Feel free to contact me if you have questions.

2004 Toyota Seqouia
I was contacted by Mr. Williams the same day I put out a search for a carrier for my 2204 Seqouia, he was pleasant and very helpful. He found a truck that was leaving the next day as I was in a hurry. The truck driver was on time and very courteous and the whole process took no more than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this company.
Overall view of service
I was in a bind to ship my Corvette to Yuma from Seattle in a short period of time. I had several bids to do this. Your bid was not lowest, however. talking to your agent I felt comfortable dealing with Crowley Auto Transportation.
The vehicle arrived at the destination two days prior to my time frame and was greatly appreciated!
I have absolutely no complaints and I encourage people to use Crowley for their vehicle transportation needs ………………….Ron F

Great Experience
Picked up the car the next day and delivered it to my daughter in California one week later. No damage, no problems. Saved us lots of money by not having to drive it to California from Texas and then fly home. Great experience – would use them again and they were the least expensive and did a great job.

2 Vehicles Shipped
I had 2 vehicles, a Plymouth Satellite and a Dodge Rampage, shipped at the same time from Tucson, Arizona to Decatur, Illinois. My contact (and best friend) in Tucson said that the driver did a great job loading the vehicles, which were in 2 different locations. I was informed in the early afternoon on the day of the delivery and again about a half hour before their arrival. Although I have never had any vehicles transported before, I was glad I chose Crowley Auto Transport to have my vehicles moved, they were very professional, fast, and took excellent care of my vehicles. Not to mention that shipping 2 cars for only $1200.00 is an excellent deal! I will definately use Crowley the next time I need a vehicle (or 2) moved. I went online to find a company to transport my son’s car from Vegas to New York and found a lot of mixed reviews. Companies gave me slick sales pitches and to be honest, I was nervous about choosing one. Then I found Barry Pollack who arranged for Crowley to move the vehicle. It was picked up on time, delivered only 7 days later (I had been told it would take 7 to 10 days) in perfect condition. The driver was very accomodating. The price was one of the lowest I received and everything Barry told me was true. All in all, what started out as a scary experience, turned into a very wonderful one. In addition to Barry and Dimitri, the Crowley staff answered all my questions and concerns. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I called for pricing weeks before I actually decided to ship the car. Barry, the sales agent made follow up emails and calls and answered my questions.
I finally decided to ship on a Friday afternoon. The car was picked up the next day, Saturday in Deland. FL. As we are closed on Mondays, Crowley’s office indicated that the car should arrive Tuesday. I indicated that Tues was fine, but there was no rush.
The car arived Wednesday morning. Inspect revealed no damge. No hidden or extra charges. The driver accepted our company check for the balanc due.
All in all the experience was good. I plan to ship a motorcycle back to FL and will use them again.
My second transport with crowley
This is my 4th auto transport and 2nd with crowley. Crowley always seems to deliver impecable service and fantastic results. More than anything that tell You how it works. Something other brokers don’t have the time for, because they just want the sale. Crowley is upfront and honest. The kind of people I like to deal with. I will always use and recomended Crowley auto transport.

Vehicle Delivery
If you thought customer service was a thing of the past…think again! Barry and the folks at Crowley Transport kept their word and then some. My car was picked up on time in South Carolina and delivered to me in Southeast Texas well ahead of schedule.
From the time that my Triumph Spitfire was picked up until it showed up in my ,Barry or Mike ( the driver), was in continuous contact with me. They gave is contact numbers, cell phone numbers and even the e-mail Mike in his rig!
If you view this type of transaction as a purchase, it was the best one I have ever made. My car arrived in excellent condition with a rig operator who absolutely knew his business and had a sincere interest in “his” cars.
To show you how honest they were, I had inadvertently gotten one quote from the Crowley web-site and another one from Barry over the phone a week or two earlier; when I called to set up the pick-up date, Barry gave me the lesser of the 2 quotes saving me at least $100.00!
Don’t waste your time calling other transport companies…you can’t beat Crowley!

Outstanding Customer Service
I received 40 quotes over the internet and picked this quote, which seemed to be in the middle. I spoke with Mr. Arlen Liberis, who told me exactly what the sequence of events would be to ship my son’s auto from Boston to San Francisco. He told me that the auto should be picked up within 3 days, my credit card would be charged 20% of the amount and within 10 days of pickup, I would pay the balance to the driver. Car was picked up in 3 days and was delivered 8 days later as promised in the same condition that it left Boston. No Hassles and NO Problems. Definitely would use these people again.

I shipped my 1967 Pontiac GTO down to FL for the winter. This is my first time I have dealt with Crowley Transport. Every phonecall was pleasent and informative. Sean took great care of me and my car was delivered on time!!! I highly recommend this company. There prices are reasonable and there customer service has to be the best I’ve dealt with thus far.

The service was impeccable. I have a special needs car which I needed transported across the country and Crowley Auto Transport managed it with precision and professionalism. I was nervous because of the modifications done to the car plus horror stories of other friends who transported their cars across the country, but i was relieved when the car arrived in perfect condition.
